Default Beet greens

The potatoes are sun drying for a few days before going to the root cellar and the carrots will join them but packed in moist sand.

That leaves the beets to deal with and I can or pickle them, but I hate to waste the beet greens.

Does anyone put these up for storage? I'm thinking maybe blanch for a few minutes then freeze them like spinach.
