Default Leaf blower fire control

This is random but may be worthy of sharing:

I stumbled across a video where a fire crew is using a leaf blower to literally blow out grass fires.

Here's a youtube video of it being done.

I remember, growing up on the Texas plain, that a grass fire could be a very big deal since they move so quickly. Imagine just blowing it out!

Use less, lose less, weigh the benefits, count the costs.

I remember reading about the oil wells that were set on fire in Kawait during the war being blown out with jet engines.
Depending on the size of the fire I'm not sure i would want to be down wind of one.
