Talking Need Help!

Would someone please direct me to a tutorial that will show step by step how to download photos from a digital camera on to a desk top and then on to other places such as email or this forum. Thanks in advance.

OK this should help.

If your camera has a USB plug and cable you can just plug it into your computer and a window should pop open asking you what you want to do. Make sure the camera is turned on.
Select download pictures and it should start downloading.
If there is no USB port on the camera then try the directions in the link.
I'm sure you noticed I said should several times.
Well it should work but there is a chance it won't so I'm covering my backside.
If you get that to work let us know and we can tackle the next step.

By the way you can just type your question into Google and you will get links on how to do what you want.

Most camera have a memory card. A lot of Computers have a tiny slot for that memory card to go into. Take the memory card out and insert it into the tiny slot on the computer The PC should ask you what you want to do with it. Select view.
Once the window opens with the picture you will Left click and HOLD move your mouse from the top of the pictures files to the bottom.

Then stop and take you finger off the left click. Now Right click you mouse and select Copy.

Now select where on your computer you want to place them. Usually there is a file that says pictures but you can put them anywhere. Now Right click and select Paste and they will copy from one location to the other.

Get this done before trying to put in an email
