Default I have a gallon of raw milk....

what would you do with it to make the best use? The more products I can get out of it the better.

sorry...i guess i was thinking more along the lines of:

skim the cream and make butter (yes, i know i will need more than one gallon-i think) which will leave you with butter milk.

use some to make yogurt--strain that and you will have whey that you can bake with, etc.

I am able to purchase raw milk in my area but, of course, it's expensive so i wanted to know how to get the most bang for my buck from it. we don't really drink milk so that's not a concern for me but we do eat all sorts of other dairy products.
