Annie, I just finished your book today and logged onto the forum the first time in years to tell you. I joined in 2009 but life got busy and I didn't come back. I had your book in my Amazon shopping cart for several years, not knowing the connection with BH and you.

I loved the book and admire your spirit and determination. I haven't read all the pages of this thread yet, but I will. I hope life has been good to you in the years since the end of the book!

Mom of Four

Thank you---I am so glad you enjoyed.
I am waiting on a new contract for a New ((thing)).
I am well thank you.
Moved to South Dakota on 7/17---was given an old house.
Old is the word here----Felt like I was living off grid again.
Sewer hadnt worked in Years---Thank heavens for an outhouse and buckets.
It was very draining and aggravating to say the least.
Old lead pipe corroded and was PLUGGED up big time.
Found a wonderful Co that got her running---

The house is 100 years old---No insulation etc.
Needs paint seriously.
But I am grateful---very much so.

Have adapted to the winters----love the snow--but being from SE Texas--its understandable.

Again Thank you.
