Onion Soup

1 C French onion soup powder
1/4 C beef soup powder
(substitute chicken soup powder, I haven't tried that yet.
1/4 tsp find black pepper
pinch cayenne pepper (optional)(kind of bland with out, I think)
Mix. Store air tight.

To a mug of hot water, add 1 - 1 1/2 heaped Table spoons of mix.

Alternative to cayenne pepper is a 1/2 tsp of ketchup, if available.
A mug of this and a tin/pouch of tuna, tin of kippers is a good high protein snack, or part of a meal.
