Speaking of Waynesboro, if you watch the TN weather, it rains in Waynesboro twice as much as Nashville. Dunno why. Should be good for gardening tho.

Tomato
Just happened to see this--and I must say--there are some of the finest people in the world in Tennesee.

6 of their lineman showed up,in their personal trucks to help get our power back on after hurricane Rita---All they had was their hand tools-no quitment--no boom trucks--just gaffs and a will to help.

We hadnt had power for weeks---our linemen were sent to Miss. where those people were
in very bad shape--nobody ever thinks about those folks--cause they aint whiners.

I dont know their names---but Almighty God will bless those 6---from the great state of Tennesee.

Default How in the world have I missed this thread?

Born and reared in W. TX but been happily isolated here next to Perry County in the far northwestern corner of Wayne County for going on three years now. Praise God it rains here unlike my native setting! I see several good folks are very near here.

Spike,

The Fault runs not far from me in the downtown area of Chicago.

What do you think of the latest fracking concerns and faults?

Talking Well howdy.

We recently moved back to my home area here in the East TN Valley. Hamblen area. We'd love to meet more folk here who are preparedness minded, as we are also looking for folk with whom we can start a home-schooling group.
