Default Ponderosa wood burning stove info.

Anyone have any feedback on Ponderosa brand wood stoves? Been all over the internet and can't find out anything about them. Looking at one in a package deal with an old troy built horse rear tine tiller. Tiller has a 5 horse briggs and has a gear drive tranny but needs the gas tank fixed and wood stove has surface rust and needs fire brick but comes with some piping. $350 for both. Is this a good or bad deal?
