Default New Michigan Homesteader Here

I'm recently realizing to joys of homesteading and have started the process of self reliance.

Welcome! This is, indeed, a wonderful forum. Overall supportive and helpful. I've been on a few others, but they are very 'survivalist let's eat berries and grubs and never change clothes!" Can get tiring! So I hope you enjoy and will post often.

Thanks to the warm welcomes. There is the possibility I could move to the U.P. Although depends on many factors and won't be for quite a while.

Center of the LP, where the land is flat and the deer are fat. But I used to live over the the SW side. Pretty country there.
