Do you have to take shots?

You are essentially having a panic attack over the shots. To get over these you need to practice being calm. After you have gotten the calm thing down you need to visualize the shot but still work on keeping clam. Soon you will be able to go through an entire visualization of giving yourself the shot and it will not bother you as much. It will take time and practice but you will get to the point that you can do it because you will work the calming routine while you are starting to panic. It works and is just the scientific way to tough it out...

I also use one of these.

I cock it, put the syringe in, and push a button. The shot is given automatically. Since I never see the needle go in it is a MAJOR stress reliever!
