It dropped 17 cents in two days here. Now 3.579.

Btw an economist is a person with an education that qualifies him to tell you what you did was wrong but who has no idea about the future,

About a week ago, in the heart of the bakkan it was $4.79 but has now coasted back down to $4.27 this week. In ND I believe it to reach over $5 this summer.

SW FL it's $3.37 to $3.59 depending upon the county tax. yes there are summer gasolines and winter gasolines and a dozen different blends for CA and others for other places -- emission standards vary, I've been told. We came perilously close to $4.00 right before the national election last year, but it has been steadily dropping and now is sitting.

6/14/13....... NW WI........ E10 = $3.84-9.......

Gone down a little..... That's always good.

Road diesel is within 1 cent of E10..... That was kind of a surprise.
Off road diesel is $3.45-9 The lowest I have seen it in a long time....

I usually buy gas at most every opportunity I'm near one of my favorite stations.... (Cenex) Usually amounts to 1/4 tank... That way I don't get caught with a really empty tank if it were to pop up in price.....

Good luck

$3,37 to 3.39--Kinda of hovering in that area.
Not much change in the past couple of months.

But oil changes went up $3.00.

6/19/13..... nw WI...... E10= $3.74-9......

Yesterday I made a short road trip to a hardware store in a small town 20 miles away..... Also made a stop at the old style German meat market there........ Went the back roads and found E10 there for $3.64-9....... Thought oh goodie.... When I get back to my town and favorite Cenex station it will be down.....

It was down a nickle from what it had been, but not as low.....

Good luck

At the expensive local station, gas went from $4.15 to $3.59 in a span of 10 days. I'm sure they'll say it was due to the Joliet refinery coming back "on-line". I suspect enough folks quit buying gas so the price went back down.

Sunday June 30th

$3.39

However, July 4th is coming so it should spike .25-.40 a gallon.

7/2/13..... NW WI...... E10 = $3.54-9.....

Wow.... Has it been slow to get to this point.... Or so it seems...

Surprised it is in a going down mode this close to the 4th of July weekend... And a 4 day weekend for a lot of people at that.....

Well I'm all filled up, got plenty of off road diesel for the tractor. Got mowing to do, dirt to spread out, rocks to dig, and maybe a tree to fell if I can get a young guy with a chain saw to get moving......

Good luck...

7/5/13...... NW WI..... E10 = $3.49-9......

Can you say surprised....... I am....
I figured with the holiday, tourists, you name it..... Well, you know what would happen... And after all this..... It seems this town is the last one to go to a lower price......

Now I also saw a headline that said the unrest in Egypt has sen the price of oil back near $100........

So we will see...

Good luck...

7/29/13...... NW WI..... E10 $3.74-9

It didn't take long to get back this price. (sniff, snivel)
Latest, lame excuse is the trouble in Egypt and there control over the Suez Canal. Any excuse is a good enough excuse I guess......

Off road diesel is at $3.37-9....... About the appropriate spread in prices according to the local tax structure.....
