Default Sourdough whole grain bread

I have been baking all of our bread for a couple of years now. I just sliced this loaf and FTWB said that this is the best bread I've made yet.

From start to finish it's a three day process but in real time it's not any more time consuming than any bread. It's just that each phase take hours for the bread to develope. Well worth it I'd say.

There are two videos covering this bread.

Ozarkslady,

Interesting presentation of the bread (cuts on top).

Would you know of a sourdough multigrain bread recipe?

There is a bread company here that used to make this bread (reminded me of what looked like millet seed in it, but it had a lot of other grains/seeds in it).

It was a real seller here...not sure why they withdrew it and replaced it with plain sour dough bread. (I even called the bakery but got a vague answer).

It's not as dark as this one in the picture; has a lighter color crust and the seeds (ground) throughout.

One other bread bakery here burned down a couple of months ago.

Well the one above IS muli-grain but I do have a whole grain mix I got from Bob's Red Mill. I think it's called 9-Grain Mix.

I think you could take any sourdough recipe and throw in a 1/2-3/4 cup of grains of choice. Either whole or ground up.

I find most of my recipes by Googling or doing a search on Youtube.

Remember, recipes are like stop signs in Italy. They are only a suggestion.
