Default Timber framing

For the timber framers out there . I thought you might like this short video.

I've been timber framing for 25 years and have always admired the Japanese timber framing. I have worked with several over the years. One thing about the timber framing they do is that they will only work with first quality timber. The times I worked with them we used only Port Orford Cedar.
