Default Hello from Oregon

Very long time lurker (many years), decided it was time to actually become a member.

I'm a recent widow, disabled with one child left at home, no longer able to homestead and trying to figure out what to do with my life now.

Hi Kia and welcome to the forum. I live in southern Oregon where the daytime weather has been awesome.

Welcome.
What part of Oregon are you located?
Lots of Northwestern folks on here.
Condolences on your recent loss.

Thanks for the welcome.

I'm in central Oregon. Right now we're having pretty normal weather...which means anything's possible. Today was beautiful and I was able to get outdoors for awhile.

Not sure how much wisdom I'll be contributing. I survived 6 cardiac arrests a couple years ago and having no pulse for over 20 min. scrambled my brain a bit, especially my memory.
I'll try to contribute where I can, but will surely be asking a lot of questions as well.
