I just watched a local documentary about carp..
On the frozen lake, they cut a pickup truck size hole..
Drill about 1' diameter holes in a big circle with the truck size hole on one side..
Use a small submersible to thread a rope around the circle of holes..
String a big net on the rope.. Pull the rope up tight catching the fish..
Sort out the game fish back to the lake as they pull up the net..
Dip the carp out of the net with a backhoe with a 5' diameter dip net on it...
They caught about 10 cubic yards or more of carp/rough fish from this lake in a day.. Almost 10 tons of rough fish I think it was..
Not sure what they did with them.. But I think some of it was ground and mixed in a potting soil type mix ??
Good luck..

Yeah. Fish harvest. When it comes to carp, nobody cares about minimum size or quantity. And they might not even mind a guy using dynamite, since its all for a good cause.
