I know someone who took down a bear with a singleshot 30-30 on his second shot. the first shot grazed it 100 yards away, the second shot took it down 20 yards away. me and 2 other guys carried the bear to the trucks while the guy who shot it went home to change his pants. anyone taking a bear down with a 410 would need to be closer and probably had to change their pants afterwards as well

You're probably right about the proximity and the pants!!! Not quite a sniper round! LOL
