Default Bosch Berry Press

Has anyone tried making tomato sauce with ths Bosch berry press ? I was all excited to use it after my husband bought it for me. Even after rerunning the waste 5 times, there was way too much juice in the waste. Anyone ave suggestions what I could have done wrong?

I have tried a couple of mills\presses .. for red sauce or similar, don't like them.

Prefer the old style cook it down, can the juice, can the tomato meat, call it good. I like canning all the juice, as you can use it for a variety of stuff.
