Lightbulb Seed Scarification Method - Steps

Hello,

To give a wake up call for some perennial seeds, I use this method.

I made a scuffer for scratching seed coat.

What I myself have done is simply drag the seeds across a flat sheet of 100 grit sandpaper. Just enough to make a visable scar in the seedcoat.
