3 ounces Cream (or goat milk)
4 ounces Chevre (fresh goat cheese)
1 Egg, beaten
2 oz. Pine Nuts, toasted
2 tablespoons Chives, chopped
Grape Leaves (blanched, fresh or jarred.)

Lay a grape leaf flat and place a teaspoon of filling just off-center. Fold one end over the filling. Next, fold both sides over, then roll until wrapped. Repeat until all leaves and/or filling is used.
