ABOUT THE COVER

Our cover was painted by Don Childers, BHM’s main (and sometimes only) artist since 1989. It features a flock of sheep along with a stone wall. We had planned to include an article on building with field stone this issue, but due to space constraints, we had to hold it for another time. Instead, please enjoy Patrice Lewis’s article about sheep dairying on page 22.
