I sliced and dried the garlic and went to &#8216;powder&#8217; it in my food processor, but I still have significant &#8216;bits&#8217; along with some of it becoming &#8216;dust&#8217;. Is there a trick to getting it to the powder stage? Then I run it through a sieve and re-do the bigger chunks. That does it without over-grinding the first to powder. Don&#8217;t do too much at a time.
