Can I can these and if so how do I do it?<\/p>\n<p>Ann Hazelett<br \/>\nLitchfield Park, Arizona<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cranberries are nice canned up and can be used in so many different ways: muffins, pancakes, quick breads, sauces and more. And they can up really easy too. Just rinse them and make a light or medium syrup, as you wish, bringing it to a boil to dissolve the sugar. Then pack the cranberries into jars, leaving \u00bd inch of headspace. Gently shake or &#8220;tunk&#8221; the jar down on a folded towel to settle the berries as you go. Ladle boiling syrup over berries, leaving \u00bd inch of headspace.
