My approach to that is similar to the Massad Ayoob Method of Training Cats\u2122. When I say \u201cKitty, do whatever you want,\u201d the feline invariably obeys me.<\/p>\n<p>Lose weight? Work out more? Quit this or cut down on that? I learned long ago that the more I lower the bar in such expectations, the more successful the outcome seems to feel. A resolution of \u201cDo whatever I want\u201d bodes much more for success.<\/p>\n<p>So, plan for success by resolving to do win-win stuff!\u00a0 A case in point:<\/p>\n<p>Last year, we mentioned here the Wounded Warrior raffle from International Supplies.
