A judge who has thoroughly reviewed the evidence concludes that the prosecution charging premeditated murder will see an acquittal instead, because they have not proven beyond a reasonable doubt that a shooting was not self-defense.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The result: more urban violence. Organized protesters swarming onto highways near a critically located hospital, endangering the lives of patients who because of their blockade may not be able to get there by ambulance on time.\u00a0 Great potential to become uglier still.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>And, I\u2019m sure, critics of the verdict not having bothered to look at the judge\u2019s carefully explained opinion, <a href=\"http:\/\/fox2now.com\/2017\/09\/15\/read-the-judges-entire-ruling-in-the-stockley-murder-case\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here we go again.
