(opens in a new tab)\">http:\/\/www.activeresponsetraining.net\/should-cops-carry-guns-off-duty-while-drinking-alcohol.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviously,\nno one is endorsing drunks with guns.&nbsp;\nBut even if a change of law was necessary to allow sober carry in bars\nin some states, it makes sense to have <em>someone\n<\/em>in place at the scene equipped to stop the next person who wants to be on\nan every-five-minute tape-loop on CNN before he racks up a toll of tragedy like\nthe last one in Thousand Oaks, or the worse one not so long ago in Orlando.
