Idiot One was the woman who needlessly parked in a\nhandicapped space. She knew or should have known that this was a violation of\nthe law, and something many people would find extremely offensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Idiot Two\nwas the man who appointed himself the \u201cParking Lot Police\u201d and began an\naggressive verbal (but non-physical) exchange with Idiot One.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Idiot Three\nis the man who, without saying a word, committed assault and battery on Idiot\nTwo, knocking him to the ground.&nbsp; If you\nwatch the video, after he has shot Idiot Three, Idiot Two is seen to be holding\nor rubbing his wrist as if it is injured, consistent with his later statement\nto police.&nbsp; It takes him a while to get\nback to his feet.&nbsp; The fear of Idiot\nThree that Idiot Two later described to police is totally understandable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I did not\nwatch the trial on Court TV, and would be interested in the comments of those\nwho did.&nbsp; The video shows only one\nperspective, and not the defendant\u2019s, and furthermore the two-dimensional eye\nof the camera lacks the third dimension of depth.&nbsp; Nonetheless, it appears from the video that\nthe man who was killed was no more than a step away from kicking the downed man\nin the head at the moment the single, fatal shot was fired.
