{"id":6020,"date":"2019-11-02T09:00:24","date_gmt":"2019-11-02T13:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.backwoodshome.com\/blogs\/MassadAyoob\/?p=6020"},"modified":"2019-10-29T10:06:39","modified_gmt":"2019-10-29T14:06:39","slug":"alpha-female","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.backwoodshome.com\/blogs\/MassadAyoob\/alpha-female\/","title":{"rendered":"ALPHA FEMALE!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>We learned\nlast week that Mandy Bachman had become the 2019 world champion woman of the\nInternational Defensive Pistol Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Evil\nPrincess and I met this wonderful young woman and her husband in September at\nan event sponsored by Wilson Combat, which also sponsors Mandy as a member of\nthe factory shooting team.&nbsp; Watching her\nin action on the range, we were impressed with her smoothness, grace, and\ncalmness under pressure as she shot against a field that included two World\nChampion men, beating one of them and coming awfully close to the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Female\nparticipation in all the shooting sports, including hunting, seems to be\nrising.
