I don\u2019t\nremember which pundit last week who described current times in America as\n\u201cpandemic and Dem panic,\u201d but I wish I\u2019d thought of it first.  It accurately described where the nation\u2019s\nhead is at.  On a recent teaching run in\nMississippi I spent close to 20 hours driving along the Gulf Coast, and radio\nnews had damn near nothing <\/em>to discuss\nbut the Kung Flu and the two rich old white guys the Party of Diversity had\nnarrowed it down to.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the\npandemic front, some commentators were making it sound like we were on the cusp\nof a dystopian \u201cWalking Dead\u201d scenario, though so far the only zombie that\u2019s\ncome back from the dead is Joe Biden\u2019s viability as the Democrats\u2019 nominee. On\nFebruary 11, I wrote in another gun-related forum, \u201cLooks as if the operative\nsyllable in \u2018Biden\u2019 may be \u2018Bye.\u2019\u201d Wow. That<\/em>\nchanged quickly.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Almost as\nquickly as the other candidates, who had been on Biden like a school of\npiranhas in the debates, switched to giving him fawning endorsements.  All at once, too.  It\u2019s going to be interesting to see how many\nof those end up with appointments to plush government jobs if (God forbid)\nBiden wins the Presidency.  So now it\u2019s\ndown to a crypto-Commie and a DC Swamp creature who is showing unmistakable\nsigns of neurological deficit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My favorite Chicago columnist, John Kass of the Tribune<\/em>, had this to say<\/a> on the matter.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I\u2019m still struggling to understand why the black community is voting for a candidate who said he didn\u2019t want his kids in the \u201cracial jungle<\/a>\u201d that desegregation would bring. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m\nstruggling also to understand why Biden is getting the lion\u2019s share of the\nwomen\u2019s vote in the Dem primaries when there\u2019s a seven-minute video out there\nof all the times he has fondled female Americans of all ages, usually with\ntheir facial expressions and body language indicating that they aren\u2019t\ncomfortable with it at all.  No, I\u2019m not\nposting a link.  I only do that when I\u2019ve\nreviewed the linked item myself, and about a minute in I was too disgusted to\nwatch it anymore.  Google it if you want\nto find it, and have a strong stomach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
