Acerbic liberal comedian Bill Maher has admitted<\/a> that he owns guns for personal protection, yet on his show he recently said of the pandemic-inspired gun-buying surge, \u201cSo American \u2026 I\u2019ll shoot the virus! \u2026 We don\u2019t do smart stuff in this country.\u201d\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well,\nBill, since you\u2019ve admitted in the past that you are an armed citizen yourself,\nyou know damn well why folks are buying guns\u2026many of those folks being your\nfellow liberals who are finally awakening to some sense of self-reliance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In other news Jack Young, mayor of crime-infested Baltimore, calls for gang-bangers to stop shooting each other <\/a>because hospital beds need to be kept open for virus victims.\u00a0 Way to go, Mr. Mayor.\u00a0 Because we all know that sociopathic homicidal gang members are noted for their empathy and altruism.\u00a0 While you\u2019re at it, consider posting Gun Free Zone<\/s>\u00a0 Hunting Preserve for Psychopathic Killer signs.\u00a0 They\u2019ll do every bit as much good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mayor, meet\nMaher. Mr. Maher, I know that none of my Glock 19s or Smith & Wesson Model\n19s will protect me from COVID-19. But in case you\u2019ve missed it, the media\nsources the nation trusts warn us that food supplies may run out, that\ncriminals are being emptied from jails, courts shut down and police spread\nthinner than ever.  The same government\nofficials who tell us we need to protect ourselves with gloves and hand\nsanitizers and something close to house arrest, are also telling us to have\nmeds and food on hand, though they are somewhere between silent and negative\ntoward protecting ourselves from the criminals they\u2019re releasing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actually,\nthough, you can <\/em>shoot COVID-19 with a\nGlock 19 \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
