{"id":7034,"date":"2021-11-22T18:56:50","date_gmt":"2021-11-22T23:56:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.backwoodshome.com\/blogs\/MassadAyoob\/?p=7034"},"modified":"2021-11-22T18:56:53","modified_gmt":"2021-11-22T23:56:53","slug":"what-to-say","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.backwoodshome.com\/blogs\/MassadAyoob\/what-to-say\/","title":{"rendered":"WHAT TO SAY\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>It\u2019s November 22, 2021, and your humble scribe is at a rare loss for words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve been listening to the final arguments in the case of the death of Ahmaud Arbery. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/ahmaud-arbery-case-black-armed-militias-gather-georgia-courthouse\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Folks marching outside the courthouse<\/a> there with AR15s\u2026anyone getting a little\u00a0<em>d\u00e9j\u00e0 vu?<\/em> The judge has just ordered the bailiffs to move the jury from a windowed deliberation room to one deeper inside the building and outside line of\u00a0<s>aim<\/s>\u00a0sight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think I\u2019ll hold off on commenting on this trial until after the verdict. I\u2019ll explain why then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today marks the 58<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;anniversary of the assassination of President Kennedy.&nbsp;&nbsp;Last time I mentioned that here I got a flood of nasty stuff from assassination conspiracy theorists.
