(A Southron tells his Yankee visitor, \u201cC\u2019mon, y\u2019all gotta try grits just once.\u201d The skeptical Yankee replies, \u201cUh\u2026can I start with just one grit?\u201d)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ubiquitous fried catfish is not my favorite.&nbsp;&nbsp;What is my favorite?
