Police responding to a burglary call inadvertently arrived at the wrong home, repeatedly and clearly announcing themselves as law enforcement.&nbsp; The homeowner came to the door and opened it, holding a handgun, and appeared to raise it toward the officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predictably, he was killed by police gunfire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is something I\u2019ve warned about repeatedly over the decades.
