Some, as mentioned on the video, will be able to do it faster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s a clip from a training video Dennis and I did at one of my Lethal Force Institute\u2019s Lethal Threat Management for Police classes, in Utah in 1990.\u00a0\u00a0The people you see on the video are all cops, and most of them, police instructors.
