A feral human murders three innocent people. You’d think a peaceful hiking path would be a safe place. It ain’t necessarily so.
We love the great outdoors. It’s beautiful. It can also be dangerous.
Bears. Feral dogs. Mountain lions. Moose, which can be mean as hell as well as big as hell. Venomous snakes.
And, as here, venomous humans.
Bring water. Bring a compass. Bring an IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit).
And, for God’s sake (or the sake of logic, for that matter) bring something more potent than bear spray to protect yourself.
