Ruger is one of the world’s premier firearms manufacturers, and certainly one of the USA’s – and it has been much in the news today. First, the allegations that Italy’s Beretta was trying to take over this quintessentially American company, and second, the sudden discontinuance of some of Ruger’s most classic models.
