As always, there’s no charge: you have only to sign up. Good news: you will be attending virtually, and for the first time can be there in your underwear if you want. More good news: no travel or hotel expense.
That’s because of the bad news: due to the COVID pandemic, we had to cancel the planned event in Orlando and go “virtual.”
It has been held every year in different cities, sometimes behind enemy lines in San Francisco or Chicago, and sometimes in bastions of freedom for gun owners such as Phoenix. Hundreds of gun owners’ civil rights activists have been present every year. The GRPC has been an annual event since 1986. It is sponsored jointly by the Second Amendment Foundation and the Citizens’ Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.

This crisis is really serious. This afternoon I stopped in one of the Memphis area’s largest gun stores, and even the handguns in the display cases and the long guns hanging on the walls were all social-distancing! To make room, the display cases and wall racks were all at 25% capacity. 🙂
