After two days of plowing, moving snow, and plain old shoveling, we’re pretty cleaned out after our snowstorm. And Will got our snow blower, which was still behind the storage barn, started and out where I can use it. That’ll be a big help for the next big one. We didn’t even use it last year! Like Dad always used to say, “Too soon old, too late smart!”
Because of the storms, we have had fantastic sunsets. Take a look at the one I shot the night before last. It looked like a huge fire shooting right up into the sky. Awesome!
I promised a picture of my canned Hopi Pale Grey squash, so I’ve included it on this blog. It turned out great and I can’t wait to do more.
You folks who are waiting for HPG seeds, they’re drying and should be ready to mail by the end of the week. Hang on. They’re coming! — Jackie
