      US subscriptions are mailed from the printer at regular US Postal periodical rates. (USPPR)

      First Class mailing in a protective envelope from BHM offices is available for an additional charge. Please select below.

United States First Class - Add $12.00 per year

For Subscriptions outside the United States

Subscriptions mailed outside the USA require additional postage. If proper postage is not added on this page, we will have to contact you for permission to add the correct postage. This will delay processing of your order.
If a new subscription, please allow eight to twelve weeks for first issue to arrive.
