    Photos are as good as the recipes! I have tried several of the bread book’s recipes. I am not a novice cook, BUT I am a novice to baking breads, pies etc. This book is clearly written, and simple to follow. I am very pleased. I was able to do a middle eastern flatbread as well as a wheat bread that I added olives and garlic, with no issues. Hooray!

    The Breads book is the best. I ordered it for myself but my wife has taken over and is trying all the different recipes. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves to bake breads.     Do yourself a favor and buy several of the Breads cook book. Best presents ever. I love the fact that’s its a spiral bound, every recipe is well written and the pictures are lovely. I’ve tried several and they are excellent.

    Love, love, love this book. I have so far made 7 of the recipes included in the fantastic book. The charcuterie bread (made twice) and the Oatmeal bread have been our favorites, but the Anadama bread and the Light German Rye were also a close “best”. Buy this today you will not be disappointed!
