Cover 119
Here at the BHM office we all have canning on the brain, so we thought it was only appropriate to celebrate the completion of Jackie Clay’s new book, Growing and Canning Your Own Food, with a harvest cover. Don Childers, BHM’s artist for more than 20 years, used pencils and water colors to paint this scene. We’re all looking forward to getting our hard-earned bounties of produce put by for good eating throughout the next year.
