Triple chocolate cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust:
1-1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 of a 1-1/2-oz. chocolate bar

Filling:
2 eggs
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 cups sour cream
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder

Method

Melt butter and chocolate. Stir together until smooth. Mix well with cookie crumbs. Press the mixture on sides and bottom of a 9-inch cake or pie pan. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 375°. Beat all filling ingredients together until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake for 35 minutes. Chill before serving. If desired, drizzle top with melted chocolate or any remaining cookie crumbs. Top with whipped cream.
