    They worked out terrific. They were the Tattler re-usable lids, and I’ve used and reused several, with great results!

    They usually have an ad on the blog and in the magazine.


  2. Electric pressure canners – maybe put a regular canner on a high quality hotplate. An internet search for electric hot plate returns a number of ones from $19.00 to $100+ ones.

    I suspect the will provide very good temperature control.

    Also – I saw a post where you were going to use some reusable jar seals for canning. How did that work out?
