Grandma’s persimmon pudding

2 cups persimmon pulp
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups sweet milk
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla


Mix the sugar, pulp and eggs. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in slow oven (350°) until done. Simple directions for an exquisite treat.
