6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. tarragon vinegar
4 tsp. milk
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
4 tsp. dried parsley
dash of salt to taste


Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Serve on toast squares or crackers.

This cheese improves with time, so try to wait 2 days before serving, and cover well in the refrigerator.
