Now JPFO’s back on F*c*b**k, too.

Monday, May 5th, 2014

As of this afternoon, JPFO has a F*c*b**k page — and it’s all thanks once again to the Amazing Nicki.

JPFO lost control of its old social media feeds late last year for reasons too grim & complicated to go into. It took social-media whiz Nicki no time at all to get new ones going. Now, of course, comes the long slog of winning back all those JPFO Twitter and FB followers — and there were thousands. So please … spread the word.

I swear, just watching Nicki work wears me out. I think I’ll go have a Bloody Mary to recuperate.

Claire is way too kind to me. Facecrack and Twitter are incredibly easy and user-friendly platforms, and the new JPFO pages look fantastic. Please do check them out! I will be updating them regularly.

That Bloody Mary sounds fantastic! Make mine extra spicy!

    FYI …

Here is their F*c*b**k RSS feed:

    Thank you, jcard!

And Nicki — I made your Bloody Mary extra spicy and since you weren’t here to drink it, I can tell you it was very, very good. ;-) You may downplay what it took to get those sites going, but given how demanding your day job is, I can still think you’re awesome.

  4. Nicki Says:

Mmmmmmmm…. extra spicy Bloody Mary! That be my reward! :)

Thanks for the encouragement and the praise. It means a lot!

  5. Ragnar Says:

Awesome! I’d been meaning to email in about helping with that. It’s nice to see so much email activity from the JPFO… Lots of folks doing lots of good work.
I’ll go look up and share the F*c*book page!

P.S. Regarding Bloody Mary’s… I can finally recommend using Bakon brand vodka… It finally made it’s way here to flyover country. Best thing ever.

  6. Nicki Says:

I’ve never heard of this vodka. It’s not actually bacon flavored, is it? I smelled chocolate vodka this weekend. It’s suspect. LOL

  7. Ragnar Says:

Yep, bacon flavored! Sure adds a nice twist to a Bloody Mary… I can’t imagine it being good in anything else.

I just shared the new JPFO FB page on my little Freedom Outlaw page there. I hope it gets a few likes.

Had any mentioned a special little fundraiser to purchase FB page promotion ads? Sadly, with their new algorithms, I’m betting a paid promotion campaign may be needed to really get a crowd to the page.

  8. Nicki Says:

Bacon flavored vodka…. hmmmmm. Definitely suspect. I prefer pepper flavored for my Bloody Mary! Man, it’s my favorite drink!

No one mentioned any fundraiser to buy FB promotion ads. I mentioned the possibility of buying an ad, but figured we’d wait until the new people tapered off. So far it’s been pretty steady, so that may be next.
