It’s Spring, y’all!
Erik has a three day weekend, so we’re making the most of it.
Our strawberries are so beautiful and shiny, but it’s hard to beat the birds and snails to the ripe ones.
It is almost too bright to sit outside and knit, but it sure is fun trying. I’m about half-finished with the foot of the second sock.
These are the pinkest Azaleas I’ve ever seen (or pinkest anything, for that matter). We’re lucky to have this beautiful bush in our front yard.
Gavin has discovered true happiness–running barefoot in the grass.

Annie? Honey? You know I think you’re amazing, I love your dad’s business, and I adore your blog. But is that a hairy leg I see? YOUR hairy leg??? I don’t expect you to publish this - it’s just one gal trying to take care of another…you’re a beautiful girl - so get out the razor!

Bahahah!! I wondered if anyone would notice. Give a girl a break! Yesterday was the shorts’ yearly debut. It’s not nearly hot enough to contemplate shaving yet!

Annie, you are HILARIOUS!!!!
Glad you took it the way I meant it - in good fun…
In the meantime, you don’t have to knit any legwarmers…

Boy Annie, am I jealous! Check out MY blog and see why! You have GRASS, FLOWERS and sunny warm weather. But I don’t have hairy legs; my long johns keep it worn off!!!! Ha ha ha. Sigh. I know spring IS coming, but today it seems a long way off and your blog perks me up.

Heck, if you let it get long enough it’s soft!
When you’re as cute as you are, you can pull it off…..I’m lucky my husband doesn’t mind!
Enjoy your weather…here in Washington, we’re still waiting for spring!
